This woman seems to be an absolute class act, like her husband. The first time I saw Quills I was not aware she was Mrs. Rush-their performance blew me away! I hope the both of them come to Broadway and work together-what a privilege it would be to see.

aaahh, YES he is very noisy!!! and he is learning to talk, this kind of parrot that I have is hard that they talk, but shalom is learning!!!
he imite the cat and the dog!!!

the quaker cannot talk. neither could the han's macaw nor mulga-but both vocalized her exactly!

the male eclectus came from the breeder talking and the gray learned and is now surpassing him!
They talk about spongebob, whistle his theme song, talk to the other birds like i do.
The ekkie does a perfect imitation of me when i am mad and ranting.

Basically, i am a computer idiot-i only learned how to do a web search in 2006. Took a long time for me to get comfortable getting accounts w/ youtube, yahoo, etc. I'll try to get the cell phone pictures on soon!
My birds get lafreaber nutriberries (so spoiled!).
They are picky eaters. They also get my food(they luv chicken and steak, which they are not supposed to have).
The ekkie luvs coffee and wine. I can't fight him off, so he gets a taste (more coffee than wine-but he can handle his poison well). He usually rolls the wine around in his beak then feeds it back to me. Not very responsible of me, i know!
were your quakers brats? mine is the queen of mean. My macaw loved her and she treated him horribly.

I don´t know whay but when I was single all my animals was free in my house , the parrots , the dogs , and cats , and all was very good friends, but now , don´t happent this.

Yes, i have seen the movies you mentioned. I watched Mr. Rush's career take off-in 2001, i told a friend of mine that if you could buy stock in a person, i would invest in mr. Rush-and my buddy laughed at me. But he remembers my comment to this day!

Even if the worst happens, i do not see it lasting very long. We are already at minimum staffing.

I have plans to go out to Broadway on saturday to see a show, then fly back sunday morning..don't know if i should go now. I did get cancellation insurance.

Yes, i went to see ETK twice. I did not meet the rushies, though i discovered their LJ site maybe 1-2 nites before they went.

I saw him on 05-22(matinee)& 06-14-09.
After the show on the 14th, I saw him leave. He was very nice to everyone. I was stunned at his performance. The others in the play were also wonderful. Ms. Sarandon played her role extremely well.

I did not approach Mr. Rush because the autograph-hounds were surrounding him. I was also pretty awestruck. Not that I would'nt like an autograph, but I really just wanted to shake his hand say thank you. (more)

I also don't like to get in someone's way as they are leaving work and that is how I saw it, as Mr. Rush left the theatre. And he put in one hell of a day!

Hopefully, he will come back for another run-the sooner the better! I think it would be awesome to see Mrs. Rush play opposite him.
